- Genevieve Boyle Added December 08, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service: myself and my husband googled this place and it looked like it was in a gorgeous setting (it is). The food is good and basic options. My husband enjoyed the chicken schnitzel and I ordered a vegetable sandwich. Firstly they got my order wrong (a slightly different vegetable sandwich) and when I brought it back (it had loads of eggplant on it which I don't like and want listed on the menu) he refused to replace it. Then he told me it's understandable that there would be vegetables not listed and asked me if I was allergic to eggplant. I guess when you have there monopoly on a great view you can be a rude, non customer centric cafe and get away with it.....The wait staff were lovely and friendly and I'm sure it was an honest mistake there order was wrong. Putty about their boss.
